Bryan Horan is in custody in Solano County following a reported armed home invasion robbery. He was booked into jail on multiple felony charges after officers tracked him to Vacaville.

The Fairfield Police Department said officers responded Sunday at around 2:13 p.m. They went to the 2500 block of Huber Drive. A reported altercation involving a shotgun had occurred at a residence.

An officer saw the suspect vehicle leaving the area. The officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop. Police said the driver refused to stop.

The driver led officers on a pursuit. Officers terminated the chase due to increasingly dangerous driving behavior. Fairfield police then shared suspect information with the Vacaville Police Department.

Vacaville officers found Bryan Horan, 35, at an area restaurant. They identified him as one of the suspects. Officers also found the vehicle and shotgun nearby.

Fairfield officers determined the incident involved a home invasion robbery. Horan was booked into the Solano County Jail. His charges include robbery and conspiracy.

Horan also faces firearm-related charges involving a convicted felon. Fairfield officers said he violated post-release community supervision terms.

Post-release community supervision provides county-level monitoring for people released from state prison. County probation officers oversee compliance with legal terms. Violations can lead to immediate jail booking.

Solano County officials announced the arrest on Monday.
